WMS Connection to certain Data Stores needs to not block other augmentations

Between the WMS Inventory History and the Order Header and details we have millions of records that need to be refreshed. Those numbers will only continue to grow. Sometimes an additional column will be added. Last time that happened it caused a 45 hour full load of one datastore effectively blocking the entire pipeline.
Ideas to keep this from occurring:
- introduce a flag to allow for certain augmentations to run without stopping the pipeline
- Allow more than one pipeline for WMS to allow Full load datastores to run independent of incrementals.
- Allow Extract Configurations for all WMS Augmentations. We could then Archive portions of historical records
