List of HR metrics and dashboards available

Hi,

Is there a list of the Oracle pre-delivered HCM reports in BI Publisher and OTBI formats? In particular we are interested in HR metrics and dashboards, things like turnover and retention, headcount, recruiting metrics, etc.? I tried searching the community but I am only finding references to Fusion Analytics and as far as I understand, that is a separate product which we do not own.

Hi Evelina,

Welcome to the Oracle Analytics community.

By your post I understand you don't have Fusion Analytics Warehouse (now called Fusion Data Intelligence), therefore you look for pre-delivered reports in your HCM Fusion application without any extra product like FDI (FAW)?

If this is the case, you should consider visiting http://community.oracle.com/customerconnect , a parallel community/forum covering the Fusion products. They have many categories about HCM, including 2 categories for reporting and analytics in HCM.
