Allow Passwords with Special Characters for Data Validation Users in FDI
Hello,
currently, the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence documentation for creating a Data Validation user (see Administering Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence) specifies that the password for this user must not contain any special characters or spaces. This restriction conflicts with our client's security policies, which require passwords to include at least one special character when creating the user for validating the extracted data in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
At the moment, our client, in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, on the Source Credentials tab of the Data Validation page, when providing the credentials of the applicable user, receives an error and cannot proceed with the data validation.
Would it be possible to revise the password policy for Data Validation users in FDI to allow the inclusion of special characters in passwords?
Your consideration of this enhancement is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Stefano
