While scheduling a report, added message text to come along with the HTML output in email body

There is a business need to keep the output type as HTML of a Oracle fusion BIP report. Also, when this report is run through scheduling, there is an additional message that user inserts by going to the Output Tab → Add destination (As shown in the screenshot).
The message marked in yellow is not part of the message body of the email when email is delivered. The email body only contains the report output as the message body.
The message will be a part of the email body if the output format is anything else than HTML, like PDF, Excel etc.
As the business is keen on keeping the output format as HTML, kindly help us to find a way such that the message text can be included in the email body along with the report output.

Did you verify with the support that this is currently non supported? And an enhancement request is needed for this.

This is something that we had been looking for you provide details to who received the email of what action to take. We wanted to send the email using the HTML format as it is unlikely that there would be a lot of information sent and then the user could copy and paste as necessary without having to open a document before taking that action.
