Can an Oracle ERP Fusion account get access to selected gv$ views

There lacks transparency with how the database is performing and maintained. This requires read only access to selected gv$ views to assist in troubleshooting performance issues on backend processes. Currently in Oracle Fusion ERP 25A there are only a few helpful views to look at locking and blocking sessions, and one to view long op sessions, and none to view badly constructed SQL. We need read only access to V$SQL, V$SQLAREA, V$SQLTEXT, V$EVENT_NAME, V$LOCKED_OBJECT, and other dynamic views to affectively support our clients.

Unfortunately, access to these views is not available on Fusion SaaS. We normally work with Oracle support for BIP report performance related issues to give us the details.
