How to enable AI Assistant feature

- What is the minimum OCPU count needed to get the AI assistant at this moment
- we currently have 4 OCPU and what will happen if scale up to 10 and will the feature will be instantly availably or still we need to do anything particular?

I understood the below from the Roadmap
After the March release, for embedded one, the number of OCPU must be set to 10. Our instance is at 4, so it will not work even if I configured the data set. With current state, the option left if to make use of Open AI btu that is not our desired approach.. In May release we will no longer have this constraint and even in lower environments we will be able to enable using embedded because it's moving to OCI GenAi service (Llama 3.x).
Now my question is, As of now if we need to scale up the OCPU from 4 to 10 will it cost?
