We are currently on OAS 2024 and planning to move to OAS 2025 in few months. You aren't using it, and you are not going to use it in OAS 2025 because it is not available in OAS 2025.

At best it will be available in March-April 2026, with OAS 2026. Workbook email scheduler is an OAC-only feature, it was added in the OAC January 2025 and is not part of OAS.

As for the server performance issues, because it's OAC only, not sure many really monitor the usage of their OAC, but who knows, maybe somebody has some feedback already in these few months of usage (it's a very new feature).

What do you mean by "scheduling and bursting"?

Because if you mean https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acubi/share-visualizations-using-workbook-email-schedules.html , it is not a feature available in OAS 2025 (8.2).

Everything that was there in OAS 2024 is still in OAS 2025, so if you can be a bit more precise about what feature you are interested in, it will be possible to answer more in detail (maybe just saying it isn't a feature in OAS 2025).

Thanks, @Gianni Ceresa, as always, for your response! Yes, that's exactly what I was referring to. We're not currently using this feature for our DV workbooks and wanted to know if OAS 2025 has any enhancements for it. I was also curious if anyone is utilizing the report scheduling and email bursting feature and whether they've experienced any server performance issues (I know it can vary depending on the complexity of the reports, the number of recipients, and the volume of data being processed) or, in general, how the solution has been working for them.

@Dhaval Parikh Stantec , the feature 'Share Visualizations Using Workbook Email Schedules' is not included in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) 2025. It is only available in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
