Fusion Tables with Metadata for All Catalog Objects for Oracle Cloud users.

Dear Oracle,
Objective: Acquire Metadata - Author, Owner, Creation Date, Modification date.
I am seeking META data for all objects located in Catalog directories from a FUSION table. During my research, I identified the following tables listed below. However, these do not contain meta data (author, owner); instead, they are transactional based on events, such as resourcecreate, resourceupdate, and reportrequeststart.
BIP tables:
bipublisher_v
ess_request_history
ess_request_property
OTBI table: iau_common
There has been considerable resistance regarding Oracle key tables that possess meta data.
For agents, the metadata resides in S_NQ_JOB, S_NQ_INSTANCE, S_NQ_ERR_MSG, and S_NQ_JOB_PARAM. Oracle allows the metadata to be stored in ADW for OAC. However it is not accessible for Oracle Cloud users.
I also requested access to these tables for meta data, but was advised that Oracle does not permit access:
FUSION_BIPLATFORM.XMLP_SCHED_JOB
FUSION_BIPLATFORM.XMLP_SCHED_OUTPUT
FUSION_BIPLATFORM.XMLP_SCHED_DELIVERY
FUSION_BIPLATFORM.S_NQ_ACCT
FUSION_BIPLATFORM.S_NQ_DB_ACCT
While I have audit capabilities with my builds, there are some gray areas due to the transactional nature of my sources. For instance, copying and pasting an object into a directory that has never been run or edited. Please let me know if you have any insights or suggestions. I should be able to simply build a bip query that looks in key directories and pulls both object transactional and Metadata. All objects would be Scheduled OTBI Agents, XDO, XDM, BI/ESS scheduled job. Foreign keys linking ESS job to an XDO and Foreign Key linking XDO to XDM. Same with Foreign key linking Agent to Analysis.
