OTBI report built using cross subject area not pulling the data for custom subject area column

Hi,
There is an OTBI report built using crm sales standard subject area and the column named "Customer Driver" in the same subject area is pulling incorrect data as the column is using custom object to pull the data . As suggested by oracle we created custom subject area using the custom object columns and most of the dimension tables like for product and revenue are missing to get it added to custom subject area. When we add custom subject area into the existing report there is duplicate rows with correct and incorrect column value for "Customer Driver" as there is no specific connection between product and revenue tabled with custom subject area. Any suggestion for fixing this issue except for BIP report option as we have multiple OTBI reports depenedent on this in several Dashboards?
Thanks,
Vidhya C

Hi @cvidhya,
It is probably because you don't have a common dimension between both subject areas.
Basic rule to use more than one SA in a report, you need a common dimension (object), add one metric from each SA. See details and examples in below doc:

It looks like the duplicate rows issue is occurring because the custom subject area lacks a proper connection between product and revenue tables. Please check the below:

Hi @cvidhya
Please add a proper measure column and a common dimension if that did not resolve the issue
