Employee Previous Assignment Information -

Hello,

Our HR partners, always required to have previous assignment information in report and flag out what changes has gone through. For example, if employee to different department or location or grade etc. So we can get all changes through Assignment event subject area but it is hard to get previous values for each attribute. So it would be great to have Previous Assignment information subject area which can give us information within same workrelationship. This will help us to compare previous assignment and flag what has been change so far. This raw data further help us to build Employee Churn or Upward/downward movement kind of HR analysis.
