Make Default Phone Delivery Optional for AD Users

Currently, if an Active Directory user has a phone number defined in AD, agents by default attempt to deliver analyses to this number via a SMS gateway provider. The proposed idea is to add a checkbox to disable this behavior. When unchecked, all OAS/OAC agents will not attempt to deliver messages to the phone number unless it is explicitly defined in the agent options.
