Getting Started in HCM Series

In May, we’re launching a new webinar series designed to help business users get started using Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics. Each webinar is an independent session focused on specific business topics of interest to analysts and managers in different parts of the business.
In Analyze Payroll Balances Using Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics participants learn to use HCM Analytics to understand trends in payroll balance types. We’ll cover how to perform comparative analysis between time periods and analyze balance details across payroll attributes such as business units, locations, and job families.
In Manage the Employee Evaluation Process Using Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics, attendees learn how to answer questions related to employee performance and the evaluation process: What are the status and trends for employee evaluation completions? Are managers and employees completing performance management tasks? What is the trend of performance ratings over the past 3-5 years? Where do I need to take action?
The webinar, Understand Your Workforce Using Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics, provides an overview of how to use HCM Analytics to understand your workforce and answer important questions about headcount trends in the organization.
In each of these webinars, attendees will learn to use prebuilt analyses, business metrics, and dashboards. They also learn to build custom visualizations to help solve business questions.
