Issue with Cross SA where metrics are shown as Null in the report

Hi Experts,

I'm facing a scenario where, if I upload and use a single Project RPD, the Cross SA Metrics are displayed fine.

Where as, if I upload the whole RPD where multiple Projects will be there, the Cross SA Metrics report is displaying null. Can I please get some inputs on this issue?

What debugging and analysis steps have you done for this?

Because I can easily imagine you are fully into this issue for some time and therefore everything you posted make sense for you. But from an external point of view, there is just nothing on which to even guess what you are really seeing or doing.

What product (full name and version) are you using?

What does "single project RPD" means for you? What is the "Cross SA Metrics"? What do you do to get the "whole RPD with multiple projects"? How does the queries (both LSQL and physical SQL) change between one case when it's working and the case when it doesn't?

The product is fairly predictable, almost everything happen for a reason. And if you start analysing the situation, you generally get to what the issue is. Logs and queries are the first place where to start, because those should make sense based on your RPD, and if they don't, then it's maybe that your RPD isn't as well built as you thought?
