However the same report I have executed with Schedule option and then downloaded the report pdf output from Report history, when I opened pdf output in adobe acrobat it is showing blank page but same pdf output I can able to see in edge browser.
can you please help me on this.

Hi Charan,
Welcome to Oracle Analytics community.
If you are able to see the correct output in edge, it might be an adobe issue. Can you try reinstalling Adobe?
Thanks.

- Check PDF Compatibility Settings
Some scheduled reports generate PDFs in a format that Adobe Acrobat may not fully support.
Try opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader and go to File > Properties to check the PDF version.
If it's an older or unsupported format, try converting it to a newer version using Adobe Acrobat Pro.2. Verify Font Embedding
If the report contains custom fonts, they may not be embedded correctly in the scheduled output.
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat, go to File > Properties > Fonts, and check if fonts are embedded.
If fonts are missing, try modifying the BI Publisher template to ensure fonts are embedded.3. Check Report Layout & Page Breaks
Sometimes, scheduled reports apply different page break settings compared to manually executed reports.
If the report is blank, try adjusting page break settings in the RTF or PDF template.4. Test with Different PDF Viewers
If the PDF works in Edge but not in Adobe Acrobat, try opening it in another viewer like Foxit Reader or Preview (Mac).
If it works elsewhere, the issue may be specific to Adobe Acrobat's rendering.5. Regenerate the Report with Different Output Settings
Try running the scheduled report with different output formats (e.g., PDF/A or PDF/X).
If possible, modify the BI Publisher settings to ensure compatibility.0 -

Check the below:
- Check PDF Rendering Mode in Adobe Acrobat
Open Adobe Acrobat and go to Edit > Preferences > Page Display.
Enable "Use Overprint Preview" and set "Rendering Mode" to High Quality".2. Verify Compression Settings
If the scheduled report applies high compression, some elements may not display properly in Acrobat.
Try reducing image compression or disabling optimization in BI Publisher settings.3. Test with a Different PDF Export Option
If using PDF 1.7, switch to PDF 1.5 to check compatibility.
Some older Acrobat versions might struggle with newer PDF formats.4. Check Adobe Reader Version & Updates
Ensure you're using the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Sometimes outdated versions fail to process scheduled reports properly.0 -
