I want to get the promotions of current year in OTBI report, I am getting it but the if there is any action after promotion then system is not picking that employee record.
For example:
If this year there are 3 employees who got promoted on 1st of Feb 2025. The report is picking 3 employees records. which is correct.
If one employee's manager is changed effective 1st of March 2025, with the action as Change Manager then the promotion report is picking only 2 employees, which is wrong.
Could anyone help me with this.
