Maps For Dashboards and Analyses?

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has any tips or working examples of Map based Analyses?

We are trying to create head count dashboards with an analyses to show heads by city.

I've followed the link https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/otbi/otbi-admin/set-maps-dashboards-and-analyses.html

However whatever I try it either doesn't work when I try to do a country/city combination, if I just use city it then duplicates my data for example if we had "Peterborough - 10 heads" it shows Peterborough in UK, USA & Australia.

I feel either the data isn't working correctly or I'm missing a crucial step.
