Compare different position attributes for two different points of time

Client needs to compare attributes related to "Workforce Management - Position Real Time" from two different points of time including an indicator of whether there was a change or not. No workaround could be found in OTBI but in BIP we created a report (please s. attachment). Following attributes are needed in the report Position Code
Assignment category current / new
Department name current / new
Department title current / new
Legal Entity current / new
Location current / new
Plant 1 current / new
Plant 2 current / new
cost center current / new
Job current / new

For the prompts two date prompts are needed. Within the report it should be visible (e.g. in one column) what has changed in the second point of time compared to the first point of time vice versa.

Attached, there is the current solution in BIP.

With this request we want to find out whether there is a solution in OTBI for above described requirement and how the solution can be implemented, if there is any.
