Report with Question and answer of candidates. Source of Job

Summary:

We have partners whom we asked to do job scraping from our own orc career sites. We are not using the delivered Source Section to identify the source of the candidate because this does not track other external Sites whom we have a scraping approach.

As a work around, I created a question 'How have you heard about the job?' which displays when the candidate applies on a specific requisition.

How do i create a report to track the candidate's answer this question of how have you heard about the job?

I tried these columns combination but resulted to error
