Person Legislative Information Field Teacher Reference Number no longer showing data

Summary:

After 24c was implemented on our Production environment we noticed that one of the fields in the subject area was no longer producing any data.

The field in question is Teacher Reference Number in the Person Legislative Information folder in the Workforce Management - Person Real Time" Subject Area.

The filed name was "Workforce Management - Person Real Time"."Person Legislative Information"."PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DATA_LEG_DDF_ORA_HRX_GB_PS_TPS_TRN_"

If I create a new report using this Subject Area and add just the Teacher Reference Number the field appears, but as soon as I add in the Person Number from the Worker folder the Teacher Reference Number reports as blank.

I noticed that there was new functionality around Sensitive Information in 24c, but looking at the information provided, it is suggested that you would need to implement this, but we haven't.

Can someone please advise if there is a role or privilege that has caused this problem?
