Dates on Gigs within OTBI

I am starting to explore the usage of gigs within my company's scope. My initial thought is to use gigs to post for positions that need coverage and to track absences & who covers those absences.

So far, I have noticed an issue with the dates that get selected on Gigs. I will attach two examples of the same issue across different date fields.

My first example is the first row of data. For this example, I have created a gig that would start today (10/14/2024) and does not have an end date. I have selected the Start Date of 10/14/2024 in the Opportunity Marketplace UI. In OTBI, it shows a 'Gig Start Date' of 10/13/2024 at 8:00pm. Additionally, the 'Gig Publish Date' is listed as 10/13/2024 at 8pm even though this was published on 10/14/2024.

My second example is the second row of data. For this example, I have created a gig that would start on 10/28/2024 and end on 10/30/2024. Please see how I have configured it in the Opportunity Marketplace UI. In OTBI again you can see how the 'Gig Start Date', 'Gig End Date' and 'Gig Publish Date' fields are presented as one day previous with a time stamp of 8pm.

Why is this happening and is there any way to change this? This date would be confusing to those who would use OTBI to report out on Gigs and what days that employee was absent.
