Oracle OTBI maps are displaying cities in incorrect countries.

As shown in the image, the city is listed as Cambridge, but despite specifying the state as Ontario and the country as Canada, it is still defaulting to Cambridge in England. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this? I'm using the Worker Assignment Real-Time subject area.
