OTBI Guidance: Displaying All Values in a Prompt for a Custom "CASE WHEN" Column

Hello,
I am working on an OTBI analysis and have created a custom column using a "CASE WHEN" formula. The column generates the expected values in the analysis output; however, I am facing challenges when incorporating this column into a prompt.
Issue:
I need the prompt to display all possible values from the custom column, including those derived from the "CASE WHEN" condition. Currently, some values seem to be missing in the prompt, making it difficult to filter accurately.
Details:
- The "CASE WHEN" logic in the custom column is functioning correctly, as all values appear in the analysis output.
- When using this column in a prompt, the list of values appears incomplete, which limits the filter options.
Request for Assistance:
- How can I configure the prompt to display all values derived from the custom column?
- Are there any best practices or specific steps for ensuring that "CASE WHEN" columns are fully represented in prompts?
Any guidance, insights, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. If you’ve encountered and resolved a similar issue, please share your solution.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best Regards,
Hasan
