Export Button not coming up via Infolets on OTBI

There a re few OTBI reports created and when accessing those reports through the Catalog the options for Export and refresh are coming but on the User defined Infolets section the same action is being performed then the export, refresh etc buttons are not coming. Is there any workaround ?
