OTBI is NOT pulling Pending Workers Licenses/Certifications Information
Hello,
Need some assistance here! We are trying to create a report that will pull all licenses/certifications that have been updated in the last 7 days specifically for Employees AND Pending Workers. We are able to accurately pull all data for employees, however we are getting no data for pending. We have tried using system person type and user person type as pending worker, but no data. ![]()
We can pull a very generic report based on Assignment Status without trying to pull licensure information, but anytime we include licensure information in the report, it doesn't pull any data. Any ideas? We have verified there are plenty of licenses that have been updated in the last 7 days for pending workers in the system.

Please check user can view the required data from the Fusion UI page. If yes,
Review the NQSquery.log of the analysis report contains any security predicate 1=2. If yes,
Please review the given OTBI help center documentation link and ensure user is assigned with proper Duty/Job role.
