Need to Group by the Column based on data from 2 different Subject areas in OTBI

Hi Team,
I am creating a OTBI report, and it is basically a Payroll Reconcillation Dashboard, it is having lots of details, one potion is having the details about the salary elements and their pay value. Below is the snip, this is what I want to create. This sample I created with Excel. I want to create the same in the OTBI.
First Column is the main grouping. Here Salary Elements means the elements which are part of Gross salary structure or Salary Basis. So the salary basis elements are grouped into two as sum of Basic salary and sum of all other elements which are part of gross salary or Salary Basis.
the Second section (Other Elements) is having details all other elements which are not part of salary basis, this elements are some allowances, Incentives or any deductions etc.
Now the columns you see as sep-24, additions , deletions, etc are exaplained below.
Sep-24 is the sum pay values for past month,
Additions is the sum of pay values paid to new hires in current month (Oct-24)
Deletions is the sum of pay values for the terminated peoples in curremt month oct-24
Changes is the sum of pay values for the persons who got transfers in current month
Oct-24 is the sum of pay value in the current month.
This current month will be passed in one paramter. Other Paramters are Payroll Name and Concept.
For creating the analysis I am using two subject areas.
Payroll-Payroll Run Results Real Time
Compensation-Salary Details Real Time
By using these two Subject areas, I am trying to create the Analysis, but I am not able to create the first two columns. I need help in acheving the grouping of elements in the way I am expecting..
Please guide me, How I can acheive this grouping of elements with salary basis elements and non-salary elements.
If you have seen/done any similar analysis perviously, please share, It will help a lot.
Thanks in Advance..!
Regards,
Vaibhav
