Is it possible to report on Grade Step Progression History?

We're running into a challenge identifying a field that accurately displays the Grade Step associated with each historical salary change.

Subject areas used for this historical report have been "Salary History Details Real Time" and "Workforce Assignment Salary History Real Time". The Grade Step and Grade Ladder fields tied to Worker seem to only return the individual's current step across all historical salary rows - rather than reflecting the step they were in at the time of each salary action.

In this example, you can see the individual's full salary history:

• Upon rehire, they were allocated to Grade Step 1
• On 1/2/24, they progressed to Step 2
• On 7/3/24, they advanced to Step 3

Despite these historical changes, the Grade Step field (pulled from Worker) consistently shows their current step (Step 3) for every row.

Any insights or recommendations for how to properly report on Grade Step progression history is greatly appreciated!
