We have users in our organization that need access to the results of the payroll run (earnings, deductions and taxes), but are not allowed to do the payroll related processes and are not part of payroll. We are fine with them having all the results including who the results are for. So really just need them to not be able to have access to manipulate any part of running payroll, payroll setup changes, any edits, etc by PPD.
I need the same thing for Time & Labor - the time card information - hours, time type (PTO, regular, etc) by date. Again, no access to generate or run anything, just access to the results - and fine to access who it is for. They will also need project information.
I have found this information in the system, but I cannot find read only roles to allow access to the reports for these users. If there is a seeded role I am missing or I can be pointed to the setup of a custom role for each of these, it would be much appreciated!
