Help Needed: Building Org Health Dashboard with BU-wise Span, Grade Spread, and Reporting Structure

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to build a workforce dashboard that provides key organizational health insights across business units. Below is a breakdown of the requirements and sample table formats to explain the logic.

1. BU-wise Distribution of IC / MOIC / MOM

• IC (Individual Contributors): Employees with zero reportees
• MOIC (Managers of ICs): Employees with 1 or more Individual Contributor reportees
• MOM (Managers of Managers): Employees with 1 or more Manager reportees

2. Span of Control

• Distribution of managers based on the number of reportees:

  • 2–3
  • 4–5
  • 6–10

3. Employee vs. Manager Grade Mapping

• Matrix comparing Employee Grade vs Manager Grade
