【OAC】Add available LLM（Azure Open AI）

Hi, We hope you will add Open AI on Azure to BYO-LLM ASAP.

We are considering providing a data analysis environment using natural language (using Japanese) within our company.

Currently, the LLM officially available within our company is Open AI on Azure,
so could you consider adding Open AI on Azure as one of the BYO-LLMs?

■Background
・Unfortunately, there is no prospect of AI Assistance supporting Japanese at this time.
・We believe that Open AI is advancing in natural language (Japanese-based) dialogue, so we would like to realize data analysis using Open AI on Azure.
・We believe that we are not the only company in Japan that wants to realize data analysis using natural language, and the use of Open AI is becoming more common in Japan, so we believe that adding Open AI on Azure as one of the BYO-LLMs will be more accepted in the Japanese market than AI Assistance supporting Japanese.
