Semantic Model Extension Join Issue With Party Dimension for CAA table.

Dear All,
I have a scenario where I need to join the Configurable Account Analysis Table DW_FA_GL_ACCOUNT_ANALYSIS_CF(CAA) with Party Dimension. after creating a Custom Copy of the CAA Table and join with Party ID, I do not see any transactions, however the DW_PARTY_D with Supplier_ID joins with Party_ID in CAA table yielding results. so fundamentally the party dimension in semantic model extension should have the keys for Supplier ID as well!
is this an existing BUG in the semantic model of FDI?
