Business Requirement
Ability to add a custom name for attirbutes & measures in the Language Narrative Visual, so that the generated text in this visual also shows accordingly.
Scenario/use case
Dashboard Filter Visual in Canvas is setup using a parameter (used as a column selector)
The parameter is used in a calculation (to associate the selected value with measure to be used). The calculated measure is used in a language narrative visual in the same canvas, where due to unavailability of adding a custom attribute/measure name in properties, workbook develop cannot control this part of the text in the generated text of the language narrative visual.
Impact
This would be a helpful enhancement for various use cases, for example where workbook developers are leveraging parameters as column selectors.
