I have a custom report always encounters an error after running for 5 hours

Summary:

The Customization Report always encounters an error after running for 5 hours if I using the parameter plan name.

I have a customization report, which is the report fails to generate data whenever I provide only the plan name as input in the parameter field.

However, it works if other additional parameters are supplied.

This behavior is affecting usability, as user often rely solely on the plan name to run the report

Also previously, I have been raised SR to ask for check review and analyze my custom report, but the engineer provide directions to post the query into cloud customer connect.

If your report is taking 5 hours then consider re-designing it or discuss with your users and see what are other ways you can help.

Then you should try posting it in Cloud Customer Connect. It is a separate, independent, forum covering all the Fusion applications and a number of other cloud products:

And you are reporting against that source as far as I can tell…

Except if you believe there is a technical problem with Publisher itself, but you didn't post any detail about the error you got or any log that could allow to work on that.
