How to move the full BIAPPS database on gov cloud OCI to FDI ADW database on commercial cloud?

in Oracle Fusion AI Data Platform

I want to move the full BIAPPS database on gov cloud OCI to FDI ADW database on commercial cloud. What are my options? is there any direct way to move/copy the full data from gov cloud to commercial cloud? Please let me know.
