HCM - Learning Items and Enrollments

Hi Everyone,

We have a visualization that we built on an FDI dashboard using the Learning Items & Enrollments subject area that isn't working right. We enabled a DFF in HCM for course category which flowed into that subject area. The visualization is a simple table, meant to display employee's info + Learning items they recently completed in the "Development" and "LinkedIn" course categories.

The table is doing something weird with the name it displays. The person number, assignment status and info(dept, job, etc.) is working right. But the name is misaligned:

For example. Employee 214819 is at the Chilton location in the Supervision dept, but my name is displayed in the second column(I work at the corporate location on our HRIS team).

Employee 2311 is in our business support location in the Water dept, but Kara is an HR partner at one of our manufacturing plants. etc, etc.

The assignment info and learning completions align with the EEID, but the name is not populating correctly. We tried several different name fields in the subject area(Person Display Name, List name, First & Last name, etc.) and we are consistently seeing the discrepancy regardless of the name field we use.

Let me know what you think!

Friendly comment for anyone that might see this post. I was just working on this learning dashboard and found that if I add the Offering title to the table, the names correct themselves and align with the rest of the table????

So I guess the issue is technically resolved, but if any Oracle admins or other users have any thoughts as to why the offering would create the necessary alignment, I'd love to hear it! I am stumped.
