How to Retrieve Future Employee Records and Projected Hire Dates in FDI

Hi Everyone,
I am preparing a headcount report, as shown in the attached screenshot, which includes future-dated hires in FDI.
Is there an approach within FDI to retrieve records for future employees (for example, candidates with accepted offers)?
If we can determine how to extract the "Projected Start Date" field which is missing, we can close this.
