We have a requirement from users that they be able to see comments on RSSP Redwood Receipts (formerly before 24D in Notes). We are attempting the create an OTBI report where users can run a report users can see comments formerly entered in notes. We tried to enter notes in the comments section, but we are unable to capture them in an OTBI. We are unable to locate any DFF where we can add comments which would appear in an OTBI report which would accommodate our users' requirements. Would anyone have any ideas on how we could get the information into an OTBI report which the users are asking for.
