Need to restrict the User password updating field in one of the custom reports.

We have one custom report for the User Access where in the report only roles added and deleting information needs to be shown along with the updating date.

But along with this when we reset password for that also it is showing. how can we restrict this kind of requirement.

Anyone worked or knowledge on this requesting you experts to help me on this.
