Is there an API to fetch BIP printer details in OAC?

I want to fetch printer details added in OAC under xmlpserver -> Administration -> Printer. Is there an API to get the printer info. If yes, can you please share the documentation.

I don't think we have an Public API call to get/fetch the details of saved configuration. can you submit an idea's lab request.
