We have a requirement in FDI where users are looking to see worker contact details including Email addresses (work/Personal), phone numbers, Emergency contact details, Contact type, Primary contact and addresses etc…
Having these details available will help us to address Legal and compliance requests quickly. This will also help us during emergency management, as our leadership use these dashboards using Self-Service to get these data from FDI.
