Conditionally Enable AI Assist Based on Performance Document

Proposing a new idea to add functionality to conditionally display the AI Assist button based on the performance document. Current functionality enables/disables AI Assist for all performance documents as one without the ability to differentiate.

We are running into an issue where one of our performance documents utilizes a questionnaire instead of competencies, goals, and overall summary sections. The AI Assist button displays on this document even though it can not be utilized to populate responses to questions in the questionnaire. It would minimize confusion and training needs to be able to disable this button for performance documents where it can not be utilized.
