Cross subject area Calculation columns
I'm building a learning dashboard using two subject areas: HCM Learning (for course completion) and HCM Workforce (for headcount). I'm struggling to calculate compliance % because headcount is an out-of-the-box KPI with unclear logic, and it's not a conformed dimension in the Learning subject area. This causes inconsistent figures when I try to use it there. Any suggestions on how to accurately compare KPIs across subject areas, especially for compliance reporting?

Hello @User_MFUYU,
This can be challenging. First, you need to ensure the statistical attributes are calculated at the correct grain as documented in the Report Authoring Tips documented here:
Hope that helps get you started.

John

As you have mentioned, it is not easy to get out of because both Subject Areas - HCM Learning (for course completion) and HCM Workforce (for headcount) have no connection with each other.
You might need to consider BIP datasets and see if it can get you what you need.
