Welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community!

Quick Question: How does the 'Industry Name' field been configured in your application? Is it a DFF?

If it is a DFF, it can be brought to the OTBI subject areas.

Here are the high level steps that needed to be done for the DFF's to be available in OTBI.

* While creating DFF segment, make BI enabled checkbox yes for the segment.
* Deploy DFF.
* Run the "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions For Transactional Business Intelligence" process from scheduled process area.

Please note if it is not a DFF but a normal field then we'll not be able to extend the OTBI Subject Areas by our own. In that case, I would recommend to raise an Idea under the Idea Lab explaining your business case and the requirement. If it gets enough vote, Oracle might consider in future release.
