Query to find partners channel rebate program

in Oracle Fusion SCM Analytics

Currently we are using oracle fusion 25C (11.13.25.07.0).What is the query to get partners chrm rebate programs.we need to get it from zpm_ tables .And through accruals table since we need to get partner's chrm rebate program to check eligibility for accruals
