What's the most efficient way to assign Dashboard access to users?
Hi All,
We’re currently in the development phase of the FDI rollout and would like to gather feedback on the SCM dashboards. What would be the most efficient way to grant access to all dashboards under the SCM pillar for a small group of users (2–3 people)?
Thank you for your guidance!

Hello @Sawrub,
The front-end objects are granted via Configure Object Permissions via Duty roles as documented here:
The content available to them is part of job roles or groups which has two parts-- duty roles that provide access to subject areas and reports, and the data roles and security contexts mapped to the data roles which ensure data level security for a user.
These three users could be a part of one Group. The full documentation on this is here:
The starting point to grant SCM access may be to make the 3 users a part of the 'FAW Licensed SCM Consumers' group.
Hope that helps you to get started on this.
Regards,
John
