Is there an out of the box dashboard that can be used to get candidate source data?

There might not be any OOTB / Seeded report for candidate source but you can easily develop an OTBI Analysis using the following Subject Area.
Please find below details:
Subject Area Name: Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time
Folders details for Source:
