Stylish Navigation Page,hover effects etc

There is a need to have stylish navigation and effects in OAC workbooks.Existing navigation doesnt look good as compared to PowerBI.
Buttons also should have the ability to have custom images instead of icons.
Also , change on hover effects should be added.
A navigation bar which close or open similar to collapsable option in classic should be added.
Navigation to different workbook tabs is very old fashioned and if custominzation can be added there.
Animation/Transition effects as well will be a good add.
