We are planning to upgrade BI 11.1.1.7.0 with 10.2.0 DB to 12c latest release (Both DB & Appl). Could anyone please suggest document for same.

We are planning to migrate both application & db to new server. Please suggest if we can follow below action plan !
- Install 12c & DB in new server
-export BI schema and IMP in new DB
-take metada export from 11G server and import in 12c serve
-Migrate catalog , user groups to 12c.
-Test application
For step 1 do you mean install OBIEE and Oracle DB?
Can you clarify what you mean by "BI schema"? If you mean your data warehouse schema then that is correct for step 2.
Step 3 and 4 are done using the migration assistant
Step 1 is to installing fresh 12C OBIEE and 12C database in new server.
Bi Schema is repository schema currently used in 11g. Do we need to migrate this schema as well or metada export will take care?
Migration Assistant will manage that for you.
Do you have any document for BI Upgrade ? Please share if available it will be very helpful!

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
