Trail Balance Dashboard – Scenario LOV Issue
The client has highlighted that in the DEV2 instance, the Scenario prompt in the Trail Balance dashboard is not returning any values. On review, the General Ledger subject area in DEV2 does not expose the Scenario column, which explains why the LOV remains empty. In the TEST instance, however, the Scenario column is available and the LOV works as expected. Please find the attached screenshots for your reference.

Could anyone please advise what steps need to be taken to make Scenario available in DEV2 so that the LOV can populate values similar to TEST?
Thanks & Regards,
Vamsi

Hi @Vamsi Sugreevu,
Welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community!
Quick Question:
Can you please check whether DEV2 & TEST Applications are in sync in terms of Config, Release, Patch set etc.?
Thank you.

Hi Bhaskar,
Thank you for your prompt response and a hearty welcome.
I did checked application's version for both instances and they're running
25D (11.13.25.10.0) version. However, I found a few other details from the TEST Instance. please find the screenshots for your reference.

TEST Instance:
I'll check the second point and get back.

Hi Vamsi,
Thanks for the details.
I checked my instance where 'Scenario' is present (see the screenshot in the above post) and the version is same like you.
Thank you.

Hi Bhaskar,
Sure thing, Noted on same version and 'Scenario' part.
Just a quick question: Could you please advise on, to check the 'Reload Server Metadata' should we process any of these from below list? or it is not related to this?
Thanks & Regards.

Hi Vamsi,
That's a very good point. I thought it was already been executed. If not please do execute and should solve the problem.
Thank you.
