Enable dynamic placeholders (user-defined variables) in OAC DV email schedule subject and body

Today, OAC DV workbook email scheduling supports only system variables (CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, USER) in the subject and body. Many users need dynamic values to personalise and automate emails—reflecting filters, prompts, parameters, or key metrics—to make email messages clearer and more actionable. Without dynamic placeholders, admins are limited to generic, static content messages for all recipients.

Key Use Cases

• Personalisation at scale: “APAC – Week 06 – Pipeline Below Target” driven by Region/Week/Status variables, using one schedule for multiple audiences.
