Access run history & older report outputs of OTBI scheduled reports

Hi!

We have end users who sometimes request previous run versions of scheduled reports. Wondering if there is a way to access run history along with report data output of each run for a scheduled OTBI report?

In our older HCM Peoplesoft system, there used to be 'Process Monitor' which used to let us access run history & older report data outputs. Is there something similar in OTBI?

Hello Ameya,

To be able to access other users' report job history, you need to have the BI Admin Role.
For security purposes, users can only see their own report jobs.

Thanks Hassan! I have the BI admin role.
But when i goto the Agent → Click on More Details, i can only see whether the current run was successful or not.

How can i access the report job history?

It seems this feature is not yet available for the users.
